    Perfect spot for family fun!

    The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, a great place to chill after a busy day. The outdoor dining area was lovely for breakfast, though it could get a bit crowded in the morning. A fantastic stay!

    The front office staff were very rude and unprofessional; wrong confirmation was given to us by both the hotel reservation manager and Booked.net as we had a confirmation on the date of arrival that all the rooms are garden view and twin bed; however, at the time of check in 4 of the rooms were on the road which was very noisy through out the stay.

    Stay boulevard nisantasi is in a fantastic spot, right next to trendy boutiques and cafes. My room was spacious with great closet space, and i appreciated that every mirror had a socket outlet nearby. The staff is attentive, and every evening they knock on the door to offer coffee and tea with delicious turkish delights. I also loved the variety of treatments at the hotel's spa.

    Everything was very clean and the personnel helpful and friendly. I is located near all the wonderful shopping. Getting to the center of Istanbul was only 30 minutes away.

    location is great restauarant is fabulous for dinner

    cost of drinks/coffee etc at the main floor bar is too high! Mini bar is outrageous - 7 Euros for a water bottle 10 Lire for a tea bag!!

    I will not stay in this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone.

    1-Noisy from the staff. 2-They cut the electricity without any notice to the Hotel guests . 3-No Internet in the rooms. 4- I stay in this Hotel for 5 nights they charge me for the first night 999 euro and the next 4 nights they charge me 205 euro for each night.If I now this rate I will not stay in this hotel.

    We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were warm and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with our newborn. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy retreat after exploring nearby shops and restaurants.

    In my wife's opinion, a dedicated children's play area would be great.
